It’s Your Yard offers a Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty to all of our customers. Not only do you have the piece of mind knowing that your system will continue to operate as designed for years on end, when you move to a new location your current property’s selling value will have an extra added bonus that other homeowners in the area will not. This gives you, the owner, an edge over your competition.

Under the terms of the Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty, It’s Your Yard will service your system under our Premium Service Plan. This plan includes all refills scheduled automatically, free routine maintenance and controller adjustment to reflect the seasonal needs of your environment, priority scheduling as an existing client, rapid response time, and the free replacement of ALL COMPONENTS of your system including but not limited to the pump, motor, controller, reservoir, tubing, nozzles, risers, and more.

This warranty will be terminated when It’s Your Yard does not perform the scheduled maintenance and refills and/ or other persons, who are not Its Your Yard authorized representatives, interact with the system. Introduction of any product by others will also void this warranty. Limited Warranty refers to damage by others, Acts of God, vandalism, introduction of chemicals by others, and other forces beyond Its Your Yard’s control.

Standard Warranty – Basic Service Plan

It’s Your Yard offers a 2-year warranty on all of its mosquito misting systems. Under the Standard Warranty Plan It’s Your Yard will replace free of charge all components of your system to ensure your system’s proper operation? This includes pump, motor, controller, nozzles, tubing, risers, and more. Items that will void this warranty include but are not limited to: damage by others, Acts of God, introduction of inappropriate chemicals into the system, vandalism, service by unauthorized personnel that are not employed by It’s Your Yard, and other forces beyond It’s Your Yard Control.

Self Service Customers

The Standard Warranty will be in effect for all clients who choose to have It’s Your Yard sell and install their mosquito misting system but choose to add the chemical refills on their own and do not contract with It’s Your Yard to provide these refill and/or maintenance services. Introduction of any inappropriate chemicals, incorrect use of the system, installation of unapproved parts, incorrect maintenance practices, and other terms included in the Standard Warranty will void any and all warranties to the client.
The system will remain in effect as long as all scheduled, recommended refill dates are followed and the customer purchases the approved chemical from It’s Your Yard and has proof of purchase of said chemical at time warranty work is to be performed.

It’s Your Yard! has complete confidence in the systems we provide and their lasting results. However, if for any reason within the 60 days of installation you are not completely satisfied, IYY! will return to fix the problem at no charge. At that point if you still are not 100% satisfied IYY will remove the system and refund your full purchase price.

 IYY is not responsible for any nail/ screw holes, similar mounting and installation marks or any other cosmetic blemishes remaining that occur due to removal of the system.
